Mental Wellbeing Workshop

Service Description

This is designed for groups or school environments to get basic mental wellbeing advise to a large number of people at once. This is a good service to use if you know a group of people with a similar stressor or problem that you want to help them cope with. This would take place at a premises booked by the client (e.g. a school hall). It would work as an invited speaker with questions. I would be available for questions and queries for up to two hours afterwards which can be discussed before a price is agreed.
